A SALE SO GOOD, YOU WILL FEEL LIKE A VIP: BFCM FAQ
For our fans who have been with us since the beginning, our cherished crew, they know that on BFCM weekend, we go hard! We inventory the warehouse bringing out tons of sizes, stock up on your favorite candles and gifts, and go deep on the discounts. This year is no different---except well, COVID! With that said, our sale will be a bit different, we have a larger surplus of inventory and more ways to make you feel like a VIP.

With that said, our sale will be a bit different, we have a larger surplus of inventory and more ways to make you feel like a VIP.
We get bombarded with emails during this next week, so wanted to take time to create a small shopping guide to help you navigate our site during BFCM. Here is the hot sheet, some facts and guidelines to shopping us, that should make your experience easier.

  • Due to covid, volume of orders, and stress on the couriers, we are asking for your patience with all shipments. We are working on two goals this year for shipping. All packages to be shipped within 96 business hours for the time being placed. In addition it is our total goal that all BFCM orders areshipped, and or for problem orders/inventory issues, resolved by Dec. 10.
  • We do not offer pick up in our LA office at this time.
  • If you are buying a gift, please note that in your order notes. We will offer exchanges, swaps, store credits 14 days post Christmas Day for gifts. If you don't list it in your purchase, no issue we will do our best to accommodate.
  • Any sale, no matter of the product, sold at any discount greater than 30% off is final sale.
  • During BF we offer annually, our SHOE OF THE DAY PROMO. We selected a shoe in which we have a ton of back stock, or was wildly popular with clients, and we offer it at insane savings. If you purchased this shoe earlier in the week, and your shoe then turns up on SHOE OF THE DAY, we will not retro-discount, or refund you the difference. SHOE OF THE DAY is like the lottery---some win big, some don't! It's a fun promo we run each day and thank you for your help in keeping in fun and sane.
  • Our LA store is sadly 100% closed at this time, but our HUDSON NY store is 100% open and living her best life.
  • Our HUDSON store has the same BFCM sale items and prices.
  • We offer same day delivery in LA on orders using SHIPSI....select that at checkout if you want your goods quick.
  • We STRONGLY recommend using ROUTE insurance on your purchases this season, simply add it at checkout, and insurance is applied to your entire purchase. WE STRONGLY REC. ADDING ROUTE TO YOUR SHIPMENTS DURING THE HOLIDAYS. #SAFETYFIRST
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES OR LOST PACKAGES. DURING THE HOLIDAYS THERE ARE HUGE SPIKES IN THEFT....SEE ABOVE SUGGESTION AND APPLY ROUTE TO YOUR SHIPMENT! IT IS THE BEST PROTECTION!
