Black Friday is our busiest weekend of the year, and we couldn't do it without you! We have created this mini-FAQ to help you battle down this shopping extravaganza with as little confusion as possible! We are also here to help as needed, just an email away info@intentionallyblank.us. During this peak time we ask for your patience as response times are longer than usual. Here we go!

 

 

 

I BOUGHT A SHOE DURING BLACK FRIDAY, IS IT FINAL SALE?

During BFCM we follow the same shopping and shipping polices we do during the rest of the year. Any purchase made from our site that is any discounted amount over 30% off is considered final sale. In short, any item 31-99% off cannot be returned, exchanged, credited, or refunded. In the spirit of the holidays---if you receive your BFCM purchase and the size is just not right, or the fit doesn't work for you---we try to offer an straight across exchange----meaning you bought a shoe in a 7 and it's too small? We ship you the 8, and ask that you cover the shipping back of the pair that is too small. We offer these extensions on a case by case basis, and in all issues implement our regular shopping, shipping and return policies. We thank you in advance for your support and understanding. I BOUGHT FOUR ITEMS, I ONLY GOT TRACKING FOR 2?

We ship from multiple locations. At all ties we try to ship your packages together, like one happy family, but we also try to get you your orders as fast as possible. If your orders ship in split shipments, you'll get separate tracking for each shipment. It's like Christmas morning---twice for you!

 

WHAT ARE ALL THESE PRESALES ON YOUR BLACK  PRODUCT?

To keep up with demand, we have ordered more stock on our top sellers! We do have some sizes in stock, but we have more coming! In anticipation of BFCM being insane this year, we have added the future stock to the site, and listed the delivery dates! Your shoes will ship on or before the listed date! If you order and your size is still in stock, or already in stock---orders will allocate automatically. 

 

 

HOW QUICKLY DO ITEMS SHIP ONCE I ORDER?

During normal shopping times we get all packages out in 48 hours (during business days). We are often able to get packages out on Saturday as well. During Black Friday we experience our largest volumes of the year and ask for an additional 60 hours to get your packages moving. You will receive tracking the second your package starts being fulfilled.

 

I BOUGHT A SHOE THAT SAYS IT IS PRE-SALE? WHAT THE HELL?

We have 6 styles that are best sellers that are coming back very soon---instead of waiting and your sizes not being available we have listed them for pre-sale. We list the estimated ship date in the bio of each shoe, and attempt to get your shoes out PRIOR to that date. Any delays are updated in the shoe bio and you will be contacted by email if the shoe is foreseen to be more than 24 hours late. If you bought a shoe on pre-sale before Black Friday, your order is safe, your size is on hold for you and you are locked in at that price.

 

WHY DID MY ORDER CHARGE ME SHIPPING?

Any purchase UNDER 150 USD is charged 5$ for USPS standard shipping for domestic orders.

We do not offer any retro discounts during BFCM or at any time of the year. We work on small batches, and limited quantities, and items sell out quickly. The price you buy at, is the price you are locked in at. The best way to know about our promotions is to sign up to our email newsletter.

 

IS YOUR VIRGIL STREET STORE OPEN FOR BLACK FRIDAY, HOW DO I KNOW IF THE SHOE I WANT IS IN YOUR RETAIL STORE? WHAT ABOUT DISCOUNTS?

Our LA retail store will be open all weekend starting Friday at 10AM. We honor the same prices as the site--you save shipping of course on items under 150. If you are seeking out 1 particular shoe, please email to see if your size is available, if not we can transfer it for you within 24 hours.  In addition, we will be serving alcohol in store all weekend to make charging all the shoes feel that much sexier? Don't drink? Don't worry we got you with some sparkling beverages for you too! 

 

I ONLY SHOP ON AMAZON, AND I DEMAND MY ORDERS ARRIVE IN 48 HOURS TO MY DOOR STEP OR I AM RETURNING THEM, POSTING YOUR AWFUL SERVICE ON MY INSTA AND HEADED TO YELP. ANY THOUGHTS?

We hear ya boo! We love convenience! We are a tiny brand, a tiny team, and completely understaffed. If your order is urgent, we ask you put a note on it, and follow up with a single email. info@intentionallyblank.us. We do our best to accommodate all requests, but during this HUGE spike in traffic, we see delays, we take nights off, and we try to work slow and steady to avoid mistakes. We ask kindly for your patience as we navigate the busiest week of our year, and attempt to get out 100% of the orders with as few errors/delays as possible.
