Where are your shoes made?
We currently manufacture in two unique shoe regions. About 35% of our shoes are made in the South of Spain in the shoe manufacturing area of Elche. There we work with four factories, focusing in on their specialties, best utilized materials and areas of expertise.
We also manufacture in China. We work with three factories currently, in the Dongguan province. We have built relationships with small factories who allow us to create small runs of exclusive product, while still paying attention to detail, material and essential ingredients that make an “INTENTIONALLY__________.”shoe.

I bought a shoe on Pre-sale, what's the deal here?
When we offer PRE-SALE items, we work with our factory to give you dibs on restocks of the most popular items that our fans are dying to get back in stock! As you know we are a small brand and make our shoes in small batches. When you purchase on pre-sale, your card is charged and your size is SECURED for you. It ships when goods are in, and you receive tracking. Please note, we offer pre-sale as a service to reserve your dream shoe, if we run a promotion after you purchase your pre-sale item, we do not, and cannot apply the discount code retroactively to your purchase. We appreciate you understanding of this policy which we hold firm on, and you can cancel your pre-sale at any time up until the moment it drops into the shipping truck.
I bought a shoe, but later it's on sale, can you retro-discount me?
We are a tiny company, and we view giving discounts as something to incentivize and reward, you, our fans! We do so sparingly, via our email blast or during peak times of the year. It is our pleasure! That said, we do not retro-discount any purchase. For example, if you buy a shoe on Black Friday, and then we run a "shoe of the day" and that item is further discounted, you will be charged the price you purchased at. If you buy a shoe and a month later that shoe is part of a promotion, we will not retro-discount your original purchase. Our stock is VERY limited, by purchasing you are securing your size, the color you want and getting the pair you need. While we love a discount, we are also very cautious about cheapening our brand and your experience on the site. Thank you for understanding.
Are your shoes vegan?
Almost all of our shoes are made from leather. However, we do occasionally produce vegan shoes for our vegan fans.
What materials do you use to create your shoes?
We work with small tanneries and suppliers to find unique prints, textures, leathers and suedes. All of our shoes are genuine leather, with leather lining. In the instance that we use textiles, fabric, plastics, nylons, neoprene or synthetics of any kind it is noted on the individual model.
Can I order over the phone?
Sure. What works best is to email us your telephone contact and all the order details. We can gladly call you and get you squared away.
Will "INTENTIONALLY__________." charge sales tax on my purchase?
You are charged California state sales tax.
How do I know when my order is going to arrive?
Once your order is shipped, and physically en route to your hot little hands, you will receive a tracking number from us. Then you can stalk, click, refresh, until it’s in your waiting hands and then on your feet.
I placed an order on your site, how long will it take? Where does it ship from?
Most orders ship from our Los Angeles warehouse. We also ship from our Hudson, NY store. All orders ship within 48 hours of being placed into our system. Please note, we ship Monday through Friday, and are closed for shipping Saturday and Sunday. If any other forms of shipping methods are needed by the client we simply need them specified at time of order placement. Additional fees will apply to overnight or express shipping, and orders can be easily picked up by leaving a note on your order. How is the fit on your shoes?
While we try to make all of our shoes with assured fit, as you know some styles, models, shapes and models fit differently due to sizing, scale, shape or pitch. We suggest measuring your foot and comparing it to the fit notes of each shoe.
One notation that can be made is that our production out of Spain all runs on Spanish lasts. This simply means that all of these styles run on the narrow side. If you are someone with a wide fit, a wide bridge, you will want to order a full size up.

May I use your pictures in my blog?
Yeah, Girl! Feel free to use our pictures for anything non-commercial-related as long as you credit us--we love a fan, and love to have our images posted.
My shoes either don't fit, I don't love them, or I want to return them because I was drunk when I bought them. What should I do?
Don’t worry! We offer 100% money back returns within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. What does this mean? If you have not worn the shoes out of doors, and the shoes show no sign of distress or wear, are in their original packaging and fully packaged, you will get a 100% refund once the shoes are checked back into our system. When sending shoes back for a refund or exchange please do not attach return labels or any tape directly onto the shoe box. Returns received with shoe boxes that have been taped or with any return postage attached will be rejected and returned to the customer. When issuing refunds, we refund the full amount to your credit card, and it normally takes 48 hours on our end. Please be aware that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Also note that for international orders and domestic orders under $100, you will be responsible for the return shipment and associated costs.
Sale items are non-refundable.
All items on our SALE page are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. For the return of non-sale items, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help with any swaps, questions, concerns or returns. We're more than happy to help you through the process!
In-store vintage purchases are considered final sale and may not be returned. Online vintage purchases can be returned within 14 days of delivery at either location or by mail. Any piece which is discounted greater than 30% we consider on clearance and is final sale.
