Black Friday weekend, and Cyber Monday, are for sure exciting times around here for not only our loyal fans, new converts, and regular clients--but also our small team! We get the chance to interface with a lot of clients, and supply a lot of fans with shoes that they have been eyeing for a long time! We slash prices, bring in new stock, revive old styles and try to create the most fun shopping environment we can. Our team is tiny, so we ask that as the shopping gets heated, you keep that in mind (insert those weird vids of Walmart doors opening at 5am in Florida here.)! Below are some quick FAQ style answers to our sale that might help you answer questions if you can't get in touch with us during your personal peak shopping time. If you are like us, you love a white wine in bed, a playlist on blast, and those post-turkey stretch pants on with your favorite hoodie (who am I kidding, I'm in undies by this point, filling up online carts like I cannot be stopped!)!
ARE YOUR BLACK FRIDAY SALES FINAL SALE?
During BF we honor and respect the same return policy we have year around. Any purchase you make on our site that is over 30% off the original price is final sale. Final sale means, No returns. No exchanges. No store credit. However, in the spirit of the holidays we try to help as many clients find the shoes of their dreams. If you buy for example, HATTER as seen above in a size seven, but you need an 8----if we have it after the dust settles, we send it out to you, and YOU are responsible for the shipping of the original pair back to us (meaning you cover the cost of shipping). We TRY to help with each purchase---but its imperative that you know that all sales OVER 30% are final sale and should be purchased as such.
I DIDN'T GET A CODE?
No code needed during Black Friday! We mark things down manually so you can just shop. You can see the original price in the item description. We are doing 30/40/50/60% off! For the sale specifics and a day-by-day breakdown I suggest you subscribe to our email list! Special promos are sent, head starts, deeper codes, invites to in-store events etc. We email once a week, it's not majorly annoying, and we keep it cute! Sign up on the site.
WHY WAS I CHARGED FOR SHIPPING ON MY BF PURCHASE?
We offer free domestic ground shipping on orders over 150 USD. Orders that fall under that ticket value are shipped at 5$ flat rate for the lower 48 states. For international shipping hit the site for full info.
I PURCHASED SHOES ON THANKSGIVING NIGHT, BUT WHY HAVEN'T YOU SHIPPED ITS FRIDAY 5PM I AM REFRESHING MY INBOX EVERY 15 MINS?
Our shipping policy is that we ship orders in 48 hours from purchase, during business hours. We ask that during BF you kindly give us an additional 48 hours to fulfill orders. We will be shipping all weekend, but please note UPS, and USPS also get bogged down, systems experience delays, and we are working at 100% capacity to get your order out! You will receive an auto notice as soon as our courier scans your order into their system! Our team is tiny, and we are all on deck this weekend, manning the site, shipping like mad and trying to not make any errors while eating pie, taping boxes, and drinking heavily to cope with the volume of sales we experience! :)
I BOUGHT SOMETHING LAST WEEK,PRIOR TO BF, CAN YOU RETRO DISCOUNT MY ITEM AND PRICE MATCH?
We do not, and will not, retro discount purchases that were made prior to Black Friday. If you wish, you can return the item you purchased, if it falls in our return policy, and purchase a fresh item during Black Friday. We do not honor requests for retro discounts at ANY time and especially during Black Friday. Our back stock and inventory is so tiny, we sell out of sizes so quickly that swapping out items for people, adjusting prices from prior purchases, and retro discounting is not only a logistical nightmare during our busiest time, it is also not fair to those who wait to shop with us during this time of heavy discounts.
I LIVE IN L.A. CAN I COME IN AND PICK UP MY PURCHASE, OR COME TO YOUR STORE AND SHOP AT THE SAME PRICE?
YES! We are going to be at the store shipping and greeting clients with the same discounts, and of course some boozey moments will be flowing for clients and visitors on Saturday during Small Biz Saturday! If you want to pick up a web order, please put a note in your order that you will be picking up in store, we will put it aside for you! They are not announced prior to the sale--but rather an EXTREME deal to spice up our already insane sale!. As you shop, shop at your own risk--knowing that shoes are going to sell out, that one shoe will be a shoe-of-the-day, and that you are receiving insane deals on great shoes! Girl, you a mess, and we love it/you! Please email us a cancellation request: email@example.com. In this email simply send us your order number and a request to cancel this order. How we handle requests is simple: If your request is opened, read and rec'd before the shoes leave our space, we dig your order out and cancel it, returning the funds to you (takes about 48 hours), and we re-sell the shoe. IF THE SHOE HAS LEFT OUR FACILITY, high five cousin Tim, thank Auntie Tina for the pie, and congratulate yourself on your new purchase.
